Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, all BannerBee honey is 100% raw, unheated, and gravity-strained to ensure that all the beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, and local pollens remain intact from hive to jar.
Why has my honey become solid or crystallized?
Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, raw honey. To return it to a liquid state, gently place the jar in a warm water bath; avoid boiling or microwaving as high heat destroys the honey's natural benefits.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
